Southport Metro Medical Centre is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer services and administration officer to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. This position plays a vital role as the key front of house representative for our busy medical center.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration and customer service, with a solid knowledge of Best Practice, a widely used medical software system. Proficiency in accurate data entry is crucial, as is a good understanding of risk management principles.

While not essential, previous experience as a Medical Receptionist would be highly desirable. Familiarity with Best Practice or similar medical software systems, as well as proficiency in MS Office programs, would be advantageous. Additionally, the ability to work flexible shifts to accommodate our opening hours and business needs is preferred.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous Medical Receptionist experience
  • Experience in Best Practice or other Medical Equivalent software
  • Experience with associated MS Office programs
  • Ability to work flexible shifts to meet the needs of our opening hours and business
