As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will leverage your outstanding people skills and creativity to collaborate with our Line Managers and the broader People & Culture team. Your primary responsibility will be driving innovative end-to-end recruitment activities, campaigns, and processes for a diverse range of roles within Momentum Health Australia inn various locations across Australia.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's success.

You will source and engage with candidates through various platforms such as the Momentum Health Careers Page,  Health Jobs Hub, LinkedIn, and other social media channels. Leveraging your expertise, you will design customised recruitment campaigns that utilise local area marketing, innovative techniques, and compelling digital content to attract top talent.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will utilise your strong screening, interviewing, and evaluation skills to identify the best candidates for a wide range of roles within our organisation.

Working closely with Hiring Managers, you will proactively identify current and future staffing needs, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. Your input and expertise will be invaluable in advising on hiring decisions, including job evaluation and salary considerations.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will actively contribute to the enhancement of our recruitment processes and the ongoing development of the Talent Acquisition team, incorporating current best practices and staying ahead of industry trends.

This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with colleagues at our various locations.

Regular visits to various locations will be required to ensure effective communication, learning, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage healthcare candidates through multiple platforms
  • Design and execute bespoke recruitment campaigns with innovative techniques and compelling content
  • Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and evaluation of candidates across various roles
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand current and future staffing needs
  • Provide expert advice on hiring decisions, job evaluation, and salary considerations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the development of the Talent Acquisition team
