The Opportunity

Working as a GP Locum in the Northern Territory is varied, interesting and challenging. There are opportunities to really make a difference in the Aboriginal communities you will service. We are recruiting for Locum GPs to work in a total of 28 isolated remote Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory. You will be required to drive or fly out to communities Monday - Friday. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for the right GP; previous experience in Aboriginal health is preferred. Contract length is negotiable, 4-6 week blocks available and repeat locums are preferred. An incredible team will support you at every step and make this your most fascinating locum experience yet.

To be eligible for this position you will require the following;

• Possess Australian Medical Board registration

• FRACGP desirable however non VR GP’s will be considered for this role

• You will require a NT police clearance and an Ochre card to fulfil the requirements of this role
