Cannonvale Medical Centre has a diverse collaborative team of Nurse Practitioners, Medical Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Allied Health Providers. We are a family operated business that has a genuine care for our community of patients and our team.

We are a multidisciplinary, fully integrated medical centre offering the community excellent patient centered care.
With a focus on collaborative, educational, and cultural environment, you would be welcomed into the team with an abundance of support.
Your role as a Nurse Practitioner will be to assess and discuss patients' health conditions, previous/current pharmacotherapy and treatment plans both independently and in collaboration with relevant health professionals, regularly liaise with other health professionals regarding patient’s clinical needs and records and write treatment notes and other clinical documentation in our Best Practice management software systems.
The Ideal Candidate has:
- AHPRA Registration and Endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner
- Completed a Masters in Nursing
- Eligible to gain a Medicare Provider Number and Prescriber Number
- Rights to work in Australia
- Current ALS Certificate
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all staff
