Wavelength International's History
Dr. John Bethell and Claire Ponsford established Wavelength International with a profound vision—to forge a medical recruitment company committed to the well-being of its staff. Their belief was that a team that genuinely cares about their work would extend the same care to doctors and healthcare employers they serve.
Fast forward nearly a quarter of a century, and Wavelength stands as an acclaimed and pioneering medical recruitment agency. It has flourished into a team of over 90 dedicated professionals, unwavering in their commitment to the same principles and enthusiasm that ignited their journey.
Our Purpose
We firmly believe that the healthcare system can offer more to its patients when those who work within it are content, healthy, and in roles that truly suit them.
