Location: Lismore, NSW Employment Type: Casual (Aged Care Agency – Flexible Shifts)
About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to work casual agency shifts across residential aged care facilities in Lismore and surrounding areas . This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with AHPRA standards and best practice
Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop, implement, and review care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform clinical documentation and progress notes
Monitor residents’ health status and respond to clinical changes and emergencies
Liaise with General Practitioners, allied health professionals, residents, and families
