As our Assisted Stretch Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one, guided stretch sessions designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall musculoskeletal function.
Sessions include:
Deep, full-body assisted stretching
Focus on all major muscle groups and extremities
Techniques to improve range of motion
Targeted work to loosen tight muscles
Support for easing stiff joints
Individualised stretch programs tailored to client needs...
