Full-Time Supervisor Role at Established Private Billing Practice

About the Practice: This long-standing practice boasts a history of providing exceptional healthcare services, supported by 19 dedicated Doctors. The nursing team, though small, is highly effective. Located in Mosman, the practice offers ample street parking and excellent access via public transport, welcoming nurses from the local area and surrounding suburbs. With over 160 medical centers nationwide, this role offers inherent potential for future career growth and advancement.
Position Details: This permanent full-time role seeks an experienced Registered Nurse, operating within either 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM, with some flexibility if needed. Expertise in treatment room procedures is essential, and a competitive hourly rate is offered, open for negotiation based on experience.
Daily Responsibilities Involve:
- Patient triage
- Phlebotomy (blood taking)
- Immunization
- Wound care
- Management of medical supplies
- Oversight of cold chain protocols
- Health assessments for patients
- Care planning
- ECGs and minor procedure support
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Certified Immunizer (desirable)
- Essential experience in GP Practice/Medical Centre settings
- Proficiency in clinical practice standards
- COVID vaccination certification
- Bonus: Experience in Chronic Care Plan Management
