Permanent Clinical Nurse | Adelaide, SA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed Clinical Nurse to join the team in Adelaide on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elderly care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Work at a large prestigious facility in the heart of Adelaide. Monday to Friday 9-5 shifts available to support the CNM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor health conditions.
- Collaborate with facility staff to implement effective care plans.
- Educate residents and their families about health management and treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA registration.
- Experience in aged care is essential.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Up to date police check (within last 12 months).
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
